Orders will be fulfilled within 24H (except during Weekends and public Holidays) from Germany (EU). Orders within the EU will take 2-5 working days, orders outside of the EU 5-7 working days, depending on the customs process of each respective country.

Returns must be sent back within 30 days upon receive in original sellable condition included packaging and unbroken tags.
