Returns must be sent back within 14 days in original sellable condition included packaging and unbroken tags. All packages are shipped incl. insurance and tracking. Please use the same service for your return to guarantee a refund. We do not cover any custom fees/charges on returns. We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as we can, but please allow up to 24 hours to receive shipping confirmation. CONSEQUENCES OF THE WITHDRAWAL
IF YOU CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, WE WILL REFUND YOU AFTER RECEIVING THE GOODS, EXCEPT THE ADDITIONAL COSTS INCLUDING THAT YOU MAKE A DIFFERENT WAY OF DELIVERY HAVE TO BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY AND AT LEAST WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS FROM THE DATE ON WHICH WE RECEIVED NOTICE ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. FOR THIS REPAYMENT, WE WILL USE THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD THAT YOU USED IN THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION, UNLESS THAT YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ANYTHING. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. WE ARE ABLE TO KEEP THE REPAYMENT ON HOLD UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED AND CHECKED THE RETURNED GOODS. YOU HAVE RETURN THE GOODS IN ANY CASE (PLEASE CHECK ON DEFECTS AFTER RECEIVING) AT LEAST FOURTEEN DAYS FROM THE DAY ON WHICH AND YOU NOTIFY US ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT TO
