THE CROSS LOGO AND ITS MEANING

The original concept draws inspiration from the Choppers Lifestyle, that was inspired by the Maltese Cross, embodying the streets of Los Angeles and the Bay Area while reflecting a rugged, street-inspired aesthetic. Central to this design is the Iron Cross, historically awarded for acts of bravery.

Additionally, the concept draws influence from the punk scene, a cultural movement synonymous with rebellion, resistance, and, in some instances, an anti-war and anti-militarism stance and has been a key feature of ASKYURSELF since the beginning. The Iron Cross (Eisernes Kreuz in German) carries a longstanding tradition, remaining a symbol within the German military today, representing security, protection, and justice in its modern context.
