Is this site secure?
Any personal information given to askyurself.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. We will secure your personal information. In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, askyurself does not store your credit card information at any time.

What if the item I want is sold out?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

How to use coupon codes?
Once you add an item to your cart, enter the coupon code before checkout and click apply. When the code you've entered is valid, the coupon discount will adjust your order total and will be subtracted of the total cost. If you're having problems entering a coupon code, please contact us. Please notice that personal codes (non commercial) are valid one time and promotion codes during the promotion period. Promotion codes can be used one time on every order during the promotion period. The shipping costs will not be included. Personalized coupon codes are valid 12 months and are transferable. All codes are just valid on askyurself.com.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our head office, Germany. Please consult our shipment policy for more details - askyurself or DHL cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to get your package out to you as quickly as we can.

Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as we ship your order you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered in the transaction. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our service department service@askyurself.com.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties? (international customers)
To import your order you might have to pay duties and taxes when shipment reaches your country and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office or get informed by mail when it arrives. Askyurself does not have any influence or is able to accelerate the process.

askyurself is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. It will vary from country to country, amount, weight and value. Please make sure to get the information before your order or call your local office. Askyurself is not responsible for delays. Unfortunately customs does not inform the recipient about the clearing and it is hold. It is your job to track your package and get in touch with the local office. Of course askyurself will help you out and will try to locate your package.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you want so refuse a shipment from askyurself, you are responsible for all shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that have been charged. Additional you also have to cover the cost of returning the package to askyurself to the address given in the legal information. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10-12 business days. You will be notified via email to the address on your account. Please note that your bank institution/pay pal may require additional days to process/unblock the amount once they have received the information from us. You are responsible for all shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that have been charged. Additional you also have to cover the cost of returning the package to askyurself to the address given in the legal information. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right after you did your order. Usually orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after we received payment. Once your order has processed we will be unable to make any changes.
