In the effort to make returns an eco-friendlier process, we have discontinued the use of paper return receipts. The following button will take you to our returns portal, where:
- you need to input your order number and email.
- you will receive a confirmation mail, which will list the items you have decided to exchange / return and our logistics address.
- to complete the return, you need to purchase a return shipping label, from the logistics company of your choice and ship it to the address given in the confirmation mail.
OUR RETURN POLICY
You can return unwanted items within 14 days. You bear the cost for returns. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. After reviewing the return, we will issue a refund based on the payment method you selected. The processing and refund can take up to 7 working days. See our cancellation policy for more information.
ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED
Please make sure that all returned items are unworn/unused and in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging.
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by you. Please mark as return of goods (all additional fees and charges will be subtracted from the refund).
